Communications Policy of Blissful Us – registered 501c3 organization ​

Blissful Coding Club Initiative

All participants, including instructors and students, of Blissful Coding Club Initiative should follow following instructions

1. All communications between instructors and students should be done only via email

a. Each instructor will have access to a specific Blissful Coding Club email domain

b. All communications between instructors and students shall be done via authorized Blissful Coding Club email domain

c. Instructors should not email students from their personal email addresses or any other email domain that is not authorized by Blissful Coding Club

d. If any student contacts an instructor on an instructor’s personal email address or directly via social media, instructor should inform Blissful Coding Club immediately and also instruct student to not contact any instructor except via authorized Blissful Coding Club email domain

e. Social media communication between instructors and students is strictly prohibited

f. Instructors shall not share any other contact information (e.g., phone numbers, physical address, social media info) with the students. If any such information is shared either by instructors or by student, it should be reported to Blissful Coding Club

2. Instructors should not share students’ emails or any other student contact information with other students

a. When communicating with all students via emails, instructors should use either email distribution lists or bcc field so that the students email addresses are not disclosed to other students

3. Instructors should only communicate and engage with students on topics related to Blissful Coding Club classes. Any other topics of discussions if brought up by students or instructors that are not related to Blissful Coding Club program should be reported immediately to Blissful Coding Club

4. Instructors and students will be conducting lessons via Zoom. During Zoom classes, instructors and students will communicate via Zoom features

5. Instructors shall not share any content including pictures, screenshots, Zoom class messages, email exchange with students, student projects and any student work with anyone other than Blissful Coding Club administrative staff. Instructors shall not forward or share any content related to Blissful Coding Club activities with other websites, social media domains, personal email addresses or any source that is not related to Blissful Coding Club.
